To take all necessary initiatives /measurer towards empowerment and self-determinations of all enabling them to solve their own socio-economic problems by themselves towards poverty elevation and healthy living while establishing a self-sustaining in life.
Services
CAREER COUNSELING
We offer career counselling to both public and private schools in the country especially the Junior and Senior High School's in the Rural and Urban communities.
COMBATTING CHILD TRAFFICKING
we advocate for child right and protection for all children in the society especially in the rural and urban areas,to be able to know their rights and respectabilities and also have value for education.
SCHOLARSHIP
Awarding Scholarship to needy but brilliant pupils would be based on aptitude test and our gender policy in accordance with National Children act. It would be 85 % rural communities pupils as a against 15 % to Urban communities pupils respectively
HEALTH & SENIOR TOUR
We are Creating Wealth through Health.The health actions aim at enhancing well being of senior citizens especially women and aged from the right based perspective.The focus is ensuring equitable access to quality health services.We Organize and provide free health check-ups/free health screenings for communities. Health access include Prostate, Cervical & Breast Cancers,,Stress and depression,Hygiene and Infertile. We do have senior tour around the country and beyond with the aged for them to explore nature and wonders around the the country.

Mr. Kofi Mintah
President
Kofi Mintah has been a leader at ECF for three years. Mintah provides strategic directions and His passion for transforming the way our nation treats its most vulnerable children inspires to start the pilot project with his loyal friends in the rual and urban communities in Accra and Winneba for two years serving over 1000 students with love,care, devotion and sacrifice. Mintah holds a B.ed in Cgild education from University of Education Winneba, and is a Certified professional teacher. Previously, he was Assistance Director for the Global Healthcare Organization, Accra, held managerial positions with Ashfoam company, and worked with Ghana Education service in Winneba,Central region.
Miss.Beatrice Taylor
Vice president, Chief Officer - Public Funding & HR
Miss. Beatrice Taylor started at Ensign Child Foundation -Accra Ghana in 2015, as a memeber of the group, she has five years experience in HR & two years in child counselling outside the foundation, she later became a supervisor to career counselling project for a private school (Great Star Montessori ) in Accra, which allow her to support program development and helping in counselling wards on their career choice in schools to help and support the foundation in Accra. Now vice president , public funding & Human Resource Manager/Director. Miss. Taylor facilites, innovate, annalysis of every expension, outcome and collaboration of the program model. She is passionte about supporting youth in reaching their full potential and Ensign three long -team outcome. Miss. Taylor graduated from DataLink University in Accra -Ghana, she has a leadership skills, team builder, creative and in all passionate in what she does and also continue to be an incredible advocate for Ensign Child Foundation.
Miss. Afua Mbra Appiah
Director- Chief Program & Scholarship Officer
Miss . Afua Mbra Appiah works with Trauma and Specialist hospital,Winneba. She has a bachelor of science in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies,Accra and has worked with the Electricity company of Ghana.
Miss. Balogun Adeyosola Yetunde
Director - Communication/PR
Miss. Balogun Adeyosola Yetunde worked with Greenlife Pharmaceutical Limited, & SPUR Magazine all in Lagos,Nigeria as the Business Development Manager . She has vast experience in communication and advertisement. A graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University,Nigeria, pursued Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and majored in advertising and public relations. Currently work with Philip Morris International,Nigeria.

Miss Ganyo is a bilingual graduate from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology,with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. She has served with international Non-Governmental Organizations,such us : Training Tomorrow’s Leaders,Ghana. She was the assistant director for the women and children’s department of the organization.
Stephen Saitor
Auditor
Is a graduate from the Accra Technical University College with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting Studies. He has experience in accounting and finance. He lectured at Business Management and Financial Institute University College and Geeteas Limited as an accountant.

Ambassador Sylvester J.K Parker-Allotey
Member
Ambassador Allotey works with Ministry of Foreign Affairs,Ghana in Tokyo Japan. He was formally the Director of Policy Planning and Monitory Bureau and also Director Regional Integration respectively. He has rich experience in local and international affairs for over ten years to his credit.
Miss. Bernice Bright
Member
Bernice Bright is an Immigration officer with the Ghana Immigration Service with vast experience in illegal migration and child trafficking for over fours. Miss.Bright rank is Officer Control 1 and graduate with excellent computer literate.
Mrs. Lydia Asamoah
Member
Mrs. Lydia Asamoah has vast experience in office administration and media relations as she has worked with top organizations in and out of the country such as Ghana Broadcasting Cooperation, Trondheim,Norway and University of Education Winneba. Mrs. Asamoah is a graduate of Kumasi Polytechnic ,offered Business Studies.
